2. Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)

3. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

4. Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
Dhanurasana aapke puri body ko stretch karta hai, especially abs, thighs, aur chest ko. Isse vajan kam hota hai aur sharir ko flexibility milti hai.
5. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
Paschimottanasana karne se pet ki charbi kam hoti hai aur spine ko stretch milta hai. Is aasana se digestion bhi behtar hota hai, jo weight loss mein important hai.
6. Utkatasana (Chair Pose)
Utkatasana aapke thighs, hips, aur spine ko strengthen karta hai. Isse vajan kam hota hai aur posture bhi sudhar jaata hai.
7. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
Vrikshasana aapke balance ko sudharne mein madad karta hai. Isse aapke leg muscles bhi majboot hote hain, jisse vajan kam hota hai.
8. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose)
Is aasana se upper body kaafi stretched hota hai. Isse aapke arms, shoulders, aur back muscles majboot hote hain
.9. Naukasana (Boat Pose)
Naukasana se aapke abs ko strength milti hai. Yeh aasana aapke pet ki charbi ko kam karta hai.
10. Anulom Vilom Pranayama
Anulom Vilom pranayama se aapke lungs ko saaf karta hai aur metabolism ko boost karta hai. Isse vajan kam karne mein madad milti hai.
